Inside The Merry Loop

About this show

Moving between hope and melancholy, Matt Holubowski draws on his contradictions, obsessions, and moments of doubt to create a singular, deeply personal brand of folk music. A Gold Record recipient for Solitudes and a Félix Award winner for Flowers on a Molten Lawn, the Hudson-born singer-songwriter has established himself as a distinctive voice on the Québec music scene.

As he prepares to unveil his new album, Inside The Merry Loop, Holubowski continues to explore the delicate space where sadness meets hope. Guided by thoughtful songwriting and an ever-evolving musical approach, his work offers an intimate, sensitive, and deeply human experience.
