Trois-Rivières, April 27, 2017 – Scène Momentum is proud to announce that the legendary Boney M. group is coming to the Cogeco Amphitheatre. The band in its original version will be on stage on September 23 for the biggest disco party ever seen in Trois-Rivières.
With more than 50 million singles and 60 million albums sold all over the world, Boney M., featuring Liz Mitchell as the lead singer, is still regarded today as a disco-pop icon. Everyone will remember the hits Daddy Cool, Rasputin and Rivers of Babylon which made the entire planet dance in the 70s and 80s and still seduces a new generation of music lovers. This is a unique opportunity to see this global phenomenon on stage!
The Quebec band Famous will perform the first part of the show which promises to bring a party on and ignite the crowd.
