Ticket transfer
All these tickets are given to you in electronic version allowing you to present them directly on a mobile device. You can access them from the email from the ticketing system, but also from your customer account.
If you have never logged in to your account, use the "First time use" option since your account was created when the tickets were sent.
It is also from the customer account that you can easily transfer the different tickets to your guests. It is important to log in using the email address to which we sent the tickets.
Acceptance of the ticket transfer
When the transfer is completed, the person to whom you sent the tickets will receive an email to accept the transfer. Upon acceptance of the transfer, the person will have to access their customer account if they have one or create one. They will then become the owner of the tickets. The tickets will be in their customer account and you will no longer have access to them.
Do not do
If an error is made in the transfer, whether it is in the email, the choice of tickets to be sent or anything else, you can revoke the sending until the recipient has accepted the tickets. At that point, the tickets will be back in your account.
It is important to use the same email you received the tickets in order to log into your customer account. Never use the create an account option as you will create a new login where we will not have access to the tickets.
It is important for you and the people to whom you are transferring the tickets to present the original version of the ticket. Screenshots usually do not work well.
