In the unlikely event that extreme weather conditions risk affecting the quality of the show and/or putting the safety of the artists and audience at risk, the show’s producer and distributor may cancel or postpone the performance.
Should this occur, we will try to contact ticketholders to advise them of the refund or exchange procedures for this performance. For complete details about the cancellation or postponement of any event, please check the event information online or contact the J.-Antonio-Thompson Hall ticket office.
If the performance is not held, ticketholders will be reimbursed. If the event is cancelled within the first 50 minutes of the performance, or the equivalent of two-thirds of its duration, ticketholders will also be reimbursed.
Should the event be cancelled after the first 50 minutes of the performance, or more than two-thirds of its duration, no refunds will be issued to ticketholders.
Refunds will be made automatically on the credit card used for the purchase and will appear on your credit card account within 10 business days of the cancelled event. For in-person purchases, please visit the box office for a refund. No event will be refunded on-site on the same evening even if a cancellation should take place.
When a refund is issued, the refund will be the value paid for the tickets (if the ticket was purchased at a discounted price, it will be refunded at that price) excluding the service charge. Delivery charges or other charges than those mentioned are in no way refundable. If a refund is issued, it will be made with the same method of payment used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card has been used for the purchase that must be refunded, only this credit card will be able to receive the refund.
In case of inclement weather, it is possible that the performance may simply be interrupted for a given period of time and resume once conditions improve. Should this occur, the directives will be explained to audience members at that time.
Because tickets for the festival’s shows are sold as passports, refunds will not be offered if one of the shows is cancelled, or if a change is made in the program. In case that the entire event (the 3 days of Trois-Rivières en Blues) is canceled, the refund will be made automatically on the credit card used for the purchase and will appear on your credit card account within 10 business days of the cancellation of the event. For in-person purchases, please visit the box office for a refund. No event will be refunded on the spot the evening even if a cancellation should take place.
