As announced by the Quebec government, the vaccination passport will be required as of September 1, 2021 to access concerts presented in all concert halls and festivals in the province.
As of this date, ticket holders will have to be adequately vaccinated, i.e. have received their second dose of vaccine at least 7 days before their show, in order to attend concerts presented at the Cogeco Amphitheater.
Upon arrival at the Cogeco Amphitheater, you will be required to present proof of vaccination and photo identification (health insurance card, driver's license, etc.) to gain access to the site.
This proof of vaccination can be presented in three ways:
1- From the VaxiCode app that can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play;
2- From the PDF presented on the ticket holder's cell phone. It is possible to retrieve this PDF from the Quebec government's self-service portal;
3- From a paper proof that the spectator will have printed beforehand. A request to be sent by mail is also possible on the Quebec government's self-service portal.
If you do not have access to the Internet or a printer, you can call 1877 644-4545 to request a copy of your proof of vaccination.
Considering this new procedure for the reception of spectators before the shows, we suggest that you arrive at the Cogeco Amphitheatre site at least 45 minutes before the show to go through the various checkpoints.
Ticket holders who have not received their second dose of the vaccine 7 days prior to their performance may request a refund for tickets purchased earlier for concerts presented on or after September 1.
Requests for refunds should be sent by email only to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of the processing of the request confirming the refund when it is made. Due to the large number of transactions involved, it may take several days from the time you submit your request to the time you receive your confirmation.
