Trois-Rivières, August 16th, 2016 — Trois-Rivières en Blues is proud to announce that Caroline St-Pierre will give a painting to the Honorary President of the 8th edition of Trois-Rivieres en Blues, Josée Morin. For a second year, the artist Caroline St-Pierre join the team of TR in Blues. She join together visual art with art of music. The canva titled SoulBlues represents an young woman playing of a guitar Gibson, of an air proud and slackened. Mrs St-Pierre created a portrait showing a captation of one moment of this woman interpreting a piece of her instrument. Exploiting this notion of the portrait, Caroline did a person playing on scene with of character, this time it's a Blueswoman to embellish this 8th edition of the Three-Rivers in Blues.
This painting will be given during the launching of Trois-Rivières in Blues. The artist is proud to contribute to this beautiful gathering where the diversity of the artistic disciplines will be done with their maximum!

Please note that the Trois-Rivières en Blues festival will take place from August 18 to 21, 2016, where several concerts will take place at the Amphitheatre Cogeco, on the Fix-Auto / Hydro-Québec stage located on Badeaux street and in many bars and restaurants of downtown Trois-Rivières.

All concerts at the Amphitheatre Cogeco will be accessible thanks to the festival passport that is available at a cost between $45 and $65 in the seated section of the amphitheater, and $23 for a general admission in the grass section.
